The system was specifically designed to meet the particularly stringent requirements of this sector and, with a hot zone of 900 x 1200 x 900 mm, offers maximum flexibility for a wide variety of component geometries.

Flexibility through dual gas system
A special feature of the furnace is its dual gas supply system with independent lines and valves for nitrogen and argon. This setup enables the highest level of process control and fully complies with industry-specific requirements, where argon is often mandatory as a quenching gas.
The separate gas supply ensures reproducible, stable, and highly precise quenching operations – guaranteeing consistently high quality of treated components.
